Yes, only if you comply with government directives. Our stores are accessible 24/7 with a personal code (excluding the Rome Aurelia office, accessible every day from 7 to 20). After canceling your contract, you can leave your box at any time within the data foreseen by the contractual closure.

Please leave the box clean and empty, removing the padlock and leaving the door open.

Please send an email to your store manager to confirm that you have left the box, mentioning the day, so that your data can be processed in a timely manner.

If, due to government restrictions, you are unable to leave your box within the expected data, please contact your store manager, who will be able to give you the instructions to conclude the procedure at a later time.
